Submitting Your Music for Airplay Consideration

Artists making Radio Contact with the world’s #1 destination for contemporary jazz for airplay consideration is very simple… but first we need to hear your music.
Due to the large volume of submissions we receive at SmoothJazz.com Global Radio, coupled with our dedication to listening to everything that is sent to us, we have developed a more efficient system for airplay consideration.

We don’t require you to pay for shipping your physical CD, when technology has made it so easy for us to sample your music on-line! We encourage you to use the following platforms as they often allow us to also review artist information!

SUBMIT YOUR MUSIC SAMPLE LINKS VIA EMAIL : Email us a link to airplay@smoothjazz.com to your either your EPK or website, or to ONE of your on-line distributers (CDBaby, Amazon, iTunes, ReverbNation, BandCamp, MySpace, Airplay Direct, YouTube, Facebook info (email address and phone number).

Please include artist or band name in the subject line as follows:

	SUBMITTING MP3s : You are also welcome to submit an mp3 to the above email address, but ONLY one. We will ask for more in the event that your music has qualified for Step Two of our submission process. Please be sure to include your contact info and a short bio.
	TIMELINE : 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of new music we’re receiving, we'll try to listen as soon as possible. If we select your music for airplay on SmoothJazz.com Global Radio, you will receive an email from our Programming Dept requesting your music to be sent for broadcast.
	RADIO PROMO : If you are an artist currently involved in a radio promotion and/or seeking a SmoothJazz.com Global Music Marketing campaign, please write RUSH in the subject line of your music submission email or contact our office @ 831-649-1223.
